Responsibilities
Architect and optimize end-user delivery platforms including Citrix, VDI, Group Policy, Thin Clients, SCCM, Intune, and MDM.
Contribute to enterprise architecture strategies that drive value, quality, and risk management.
Align IT initiatives with business goals to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Evaluate existing systems for performance, security, and cost improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure cohesive project outcomes.
Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise in solution architecture.
Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business strategies.
Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for best practices.
Participate in on-call rotation and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of IT engineering experience.
Minimum 1 year of solution architecture experience (2+ years preferred).
Strong experience with Citrix technologies, VDI, VDA, and thin client environments.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between locations and the transportation of equipment.
A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required.
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Two or more mid-to-expert level platform certifications such as: VCP, VCAP, CCNP, CCIE, MZ-AZ, NCTSP, or equivalent experience.
One or more of the following (or equivalent experience): ITIL, TOGAF, CEAP, PMP.
