Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis and create treatment plans
- Provide customer service for clients and collaborate with the team
- Participate in community marketing and outreach activities
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients meet goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation per guidelines
- Achieve and maintain a caseload of 25 clients per week
Requirements
- Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related fields
- LMSW, LPC, LLP, or LP licensure at time of hire (transitional licenses not considered)
- Experience with diagnostic assessments and treatment plans
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to model appropriate boundaries with clients
- Familiarity with a diverse client base
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
