About the role
- C++ Software Engineer developing telecom, industrial automation, and IoT solutions. Engaging in all development phases using modern C++ technologies at Sioux Technologies.
Responsibilities
- Ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en testen van complexe C++-software in Linux- en RTOS-omgevingen
- Real-time applicates en multithreaded systemen realiseren
- Software integreren met hardware, netwerken en subsystemen
- Werken met communicatieprotocollen zoals TCP/IP, MQTT, VoIP en XMPP
- Video- en streamingstandaarden implementeren (DVB-S/T/C, MPEG-2/4, H.264, Dolby Atmos)
- Optimaliseren van algoritmes en soft real-time performance
Requirements
- Bachelor of master in software engineering, elektronica of een aanverwante richting
- Ervaring met moderne C++ (C++11 t/m C++20), STL, Boost en Python
- Ervaring met Linux, en/of een real-time besturingssysteem (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, VxWorks)
- Ervaring met build, versiecontrole en CI/CD systemen (CMake, Git, Jenkins, Teamcity)
- Je bent analytisch, zelfstandig, maar ook een teamspeler
- Je bent kwaliteitsbewust en hebt goede test skills
- Je communiceert vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels (of bereid bent snel Nederlands te leren)
