About the role

• Associate Business Consultant responsible for consulting services on software solutions at Objective. Engaging clients, supporting configuration, and facilitating workshops primarily in Wellington.

Responsibilities

• Providing expert advice on all features/functions/techniques used.
• Configuring customer solutions using the product features plus providing content configuration assistance to the customers.
• Supporting more senior consultants by providing administration support.
• Facilitating workshops with clients which may include demos, training, or design workshops.
• Acting as the liaison between the customers/business consultants and Objective Product, Development and Testing teams.
• Assisting Objective Support and Engineering in the troubleshooting and rectification of support incidents.
• Ensuring continuous improvement in the “way we work at Objective Corporation.”
• Travelling as required for implementation.

Requirements

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Advanced MS Word, Outlook) and Jira software.
• Knowledge of data models.
• Experience in configuration of software solutions.
• Business requirement analysis and solution mapping.
• Good communication skills.
• Collaborative team player.
• Takes ownership of own self-development, and pursues the achievement of goals with energy and enthusiasm.
