About the role

• Business Consultant guiding clients through product adoption and Enterprise Architecture practices at Bizzdesign. Collaborating with clients to establish methodologies and support transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients in the functional adoption of our products
• Help clients define the most suitable methodology for their specific use case
• Provide functional consulting and methodological support throughout the project lifecycle
• Support clients in implementing Enterprise Architecture practices and driving their transformation initiatives
• Guide clients through the definition of their needs, specification and implementation of solutions, and change management activities
• Advise clients on methodological choices for modeling business and IT architecture layers (BPMN, UML, ArchiMate, etc.)
• Contribute to architecture modeling work (information gathering, workshop facilitation, model creation, etc.)
• Identify opportunities to deliver added value and contribute to the success and growth of client engagements

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting or within a software vendor, ideally in the Enterprise Architecture domain
• Master's degree from an engineering school, business school, or university in a scientific or technical field
• Fluent in French and English
• Strong understanding of information systems (process orchestration, reference data/MDM, SOA/application integration, BI, etc.)
• Familiar with enterprise architecture frameworks (such as TOGAF) and agile or project management methodologies (such as SAFe)
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
• Enjoy working with clients and can adapt your message to different audiences
• Organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Curiosity, collaboration, and a genuine interest in helping organizations make better decisions through structured transformation
