Responsibilities
Manage warehouse inventory targets, performance against targets, and contribute to action plans to ensure process success and sustainability
Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to determine precise inventory requirements and establish effective replenishment strategies.
Regularly prepare detailed inventory reports and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Highlight critical metrics such as stock levels, turnover rates, and order accuracy. Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide actionable recommendations for process enhancements and cost reductions.
Partner with the Category Planner to prioritize allocation of inventory across retail accounts and distribution centers to guarantee customer orders are shipped on time and in full.
Develop initial forecasts to ensure detailed item-level coverages for accounts.
Provide analytics to minimize and monitor inventory aging, excess and obsolescence.
Requirements
Must be authorize to work in the United States
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Planning or related field or equivalent years of experience
1-2 years of supply chain management or inventory management experience
Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software (SAP, Power BI, SAS, etc.)
Strong cross-functional communication skills
Extensive experience and proficiency in BI & Excel tools and functionality
Creative problem solver with the ability to prioritize initiatives and anticipate business needs.
