About the role
- Part-time Accountant at Meet5 handling financial transactions and supporting budget planning. Collaborating with Finance Manager for transparent financial management in a startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Selbstständige Buchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle sowie Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung der monatlichen Abschlüsse.
- Erstellung und Versand von Ausgangsrechnungen sowie Nachverfolgung und Kontrolle der Zahlungseingänge.
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Finanzberichten, Auswertungen und der Budgetplanung.
- Vorbereitung relevanter Unterlagen für die jährliche Steuererklärung in enger Abstimmung mit unserem Steuerberater.
- Überwachung offener Forderungen sowie ggf. Einleitung und Nachverfolgung von Mahnprozessen.
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung, idealerweise in einem Startup-Umfeld.
- Kenntnisse im deutschen Steuerrecht.
- Sicherer Umgang mit Buchhaltungssoftwares.
- Genauigkeit und ein gutes Zahlenverständnis.
