Responsibilities
Lead the process and development of retailer-specific category growth stories to enable strategic long-range planning integration.
Create, lead and scale process and ways of working for the purpose of driving efficiencies, making ideas bigger and/or improving execution.
Plan, prepare, and execute a best-in-class collaborative customer experience by driving and supporting category visions and brand strategy.
Develop and maintain overarching customer-facing narratives (conferences, enterprise approach to scaled communication).
Provide process governance including coaching for Directors and above on meeting expectations, desired outcomes, production process and requirements.
Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams, Customer team, Category Leadership and 3rd party agencies to streamline processes, and drive solutions within budget and timelines.
Create and implement frameworks that drive consistency, ability to scale ideas, in an effort to enable better outcomes.
Requirements
Experience and skill to switch between Category, Brand, and Customer facing audiences
Ability to engage senior business leaders, build credibility quickly, accommodate multiple priorities and develop compelling stories
Relevant retail solutions experience within the CPG industry
Strong planning and project management skills
Technical presentation skills with ability to adjust quickly under pressure
Understanding of consumer/shopper behavior and market dynamics
Knowledge of CPG industry and retail trends with understanding of Clorox and retailer-specific strategies
