Responsibilities
You advise our clients from first contact through technical conception to professional implementation in the roof discipline.
You use our digital tool for flat roof planning efficiently.
You analyze and evaluate different flat roof solutions to provide our clients with optimal results.
You provide clients with targeted guidance and support.
In consultations you identify requirements, potential improvements and proposed changes, then formulate solution approaches and develop strategies based on these findings.
You work closely with our teams to continually improve the user experience of the planning software and to develop new features.
You analyze the market for flat roof systems, stay attuned to trends and remain open to technological innovations.
You enable internal team members in the area of flat roof planning, leading workshops and presentations to inform and train colleagues on current developments and best practices in flat roof design.
Requirements
Several years of professional experience and in-depth knowledge coordinating multiple trades related to roofing (in particular flat roof planning and construction).
Degree in architecture, civil engineering or comparable qualification.
Very good knowledge of applicable standards, guidelines and regulations in the relevant construction and architectural law areas.
Experience using planning/design software.
Exceptional understanding of flat roof systems, constructions and materials.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Ideally, prior experience in construction project management.
Service-oriented and confident manner with clients and routine collaboration with builders/clients.
Willingness to continuously develop and to share knowledge.
Team player with a hands-on mentality.
Interest in IT-related topics and an affinity for a digital working environment.
