Responsibilities

Requirements
Degree in a technical field related to construction (Civil Engineering, Architecture) or qualification as a building technician / construction technician (m/f/d)
Several years of professional experience in planning and managing construction work on existing buildings, primarily in the area of energy-related building renovations
In-depth experience in preparing specifications/bills of quantities
Experience in the residential property/housing sector
Ideally experience with MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
