Responsibilities
deliver remote support to our premium customers within the HPS Technical support organization, via remote tools and following alert/process monitoring commitments in our A360 contracts.
Work closely with peer colleagues globally to monitor the base installed and identify/solve proactively technical problems identified in our preventive services.
Analyze reactive incidents at site and be able to identify root cause analysis to avoid similar incidents in the future & to the other global sites.
Visit to customer locations may be required for Premium support services.
Requirements
Engineering degree in electronics, Computer Science, Chemical, instrumentation or process technologies.
5-8+ years of experience in system engineering, operations, or services support functions within the Industrial automation industry.
Fluent in Spanish Speaking is preferrable.
5+years experience with Honeywell process control systems.
Customer facing experience
Experience in the industry like Oil& gas, Refinery ,Chemical or Pharma is preferred
Excellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills
