Responsibilities
- Be part of a small, agile team developing AI solutions for real-time analytics, content moderation, and campaign optimization
- Develop and deploy AI tools for real-time social media and video campaigns
- Build and optimize machine learning models (e.g., for content classification, sentiment analysis, recommendation systems)
- Design automated content moderation systems using LLMs and computer vision techniques
- Create real-time analytics tools to measure campaign performance and engagement
- Work closely with strategists, creatives, and developers to bring AI solutions to life
- Continuously evaluate and improve model performance, fairness, and ethical impact
Requirements
- Experience integrating and fine-tuning LLMs in production environments
- Strong knowledge of machine learning and data science (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
- Proficiency in Python and experience building and maintaining ML pipelines
- Skilled in deploying ML models on cloud platforms (especially GCP) and using Docker
- Understanding of data protection, AI ethics, and bias mitigation strategies
- Comfortable in a Linux environment; familiar with CI/CD, GitLab, and ML DevOps practices
- Passion for using technology for social impact and democratic resilience
- German language skills at C1/C2 level
