Accounting & Finance Manager managing cash and treasury while leading process optimizations at Hornetsecurity. Handling financial guidelines and providing support across group companies in Germany.
Responsibilities
You will expand our group-wide cash and treasury management and be primarily responsible for it.
You will be involved in designing and maintaining our transfer pricing policy.
You will support group companies with accounting and tax structuring questions.
You will support local tax advisors in the preparation of tax returns.
You will assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements of group companies under German GAAP (HGB) and local GAAP.
You will assist in developing a group accounting manual.
You will help implement a new ERP system.
You will actively participate in group-wide process optimizations.
You will act as a point of contact for auditors and tax consultants.
Requirements
You have completed training and further qualification as a certified accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) and have a solid understanding of the interaction between the balance sheet and the profit & loss statement.
Ideally you have initial professional experience in an international environment and are familiar with transactions in multinational groups, or you are eager to learn and develop in this area.
You have a strong system affinity in the finance environment, ideally with experience in NetSuite and LucaNet.
You are highly organized, able to set priorities, drive tasks forward, and keep multiple things on track even under a high workload.
Thanks to your quick comprehension and structured working style, you always maintain an overview and are ambitious to help shape the required structures and processes.
You are a proactive thinker, interested in the big picture, and want to understand overarching relationships.
You are communicative, enjoy new challenges, and like working in an international environment.
