About the role

Senior .NET Systems Analyst leading development teams at Zurich. Designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead the development team technically, supporting architectural decisions and best practices.
Design, develop and maintain applications using Microsoft technologies such as ASP.NET, .NET Core and C#.
Create and integrate RESTful APIs (synchronous and asynchronous communication).
Work with SQL Server databases, from data modeling to query optimization.
Ensure the development of responsive front-ends with a focus on usability and performance.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle: conception, implementation, testing, delivery and maintenance.
Collaborate with other teams in an agile environment, applying practices such as Scrum or Kanban.
Take part in code reviews, mentoring and technical discussions aimed at the team's growth.
Support the definition of technical standards, architecture and the technology roadmap.

Bachelor's degree (completed).
Strong experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core and ASP.NET.
Experience with SQL Server (stored procedures, views, data modeling).
Proficiency in API design and modeling, including synchronous and asynchronous communication.
Experience with responsive front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frameworks).
Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Technical leadership skills, good communication and a product-oriented mindset.
Nice to have: participation in innovation initiatives, hackathons or technology events.
Intermediate to advanced English.
Previous experience with academic projects, internships or contributions to open source projects.
Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices, or cloud experience (Azure/AWS).
