About the role

• Project Manager at Zero Studios providing critical support for project execution in a multidisciplinary team. Managing various accounts and projects across digital mediums in a creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish a clear plan and roadmap for every project and ensure all executions meet scope expectations, as well as achieve the quality expected at Zero.
• Guide small to medium and multi-disciplinary teams in the day-to-day, clearly communicate tasks and deadlines and ensure that the team has what they need to successfully execute.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent client projects.
• Develop and manage timelines, budgets, scopes, and resource plans.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Track project progress and adjust schedules or scopes as needed to mitigate risks.
• Facilitate internal team meetings, status calls, and client check-ins.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Manage feedback loops, revisions, and approval processes efficiently.
• Collaborate with Account Directors & Project Leads to align project goals with client objectives.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in an agency or marketing role in a design driven environment
• Expertise in one or more of the following: launching a website, launching a marketing campaign, concepting and rollout of a rebranding effort, concepting digital or traditional campaigns
