Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with the Company's business objectives and drives competitive advantage
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable data architectures and business intelligence solutions
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key business opportunities and challenges that can be addressed through data and analytics
- Oversee the design and maintenance of the enterprise data architecture, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility
- Implement best practices for data modeling, data integration, and data governance
- Ensure the scalability and performance of data systems to support growing business needs
- Drive the creation of dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree and 15+ years experience or Masters Degree with 10+ yrs experience
- Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise data architectures and BI solutions
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, data modeling, and data governance
- Proficiency in BI tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and data management technologies (e.g., SQL, Hadoop, Spark)
- Requires proficiency using AI tools skillfully with an understanding of how to develop/create intelligent prompts and/or agents
