About the role
- Junior Project Controller managing project administration and customer portals within Zanders' GPO team. Collaborate on project setup, cash flow monitoring, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- As a Junior Project Controller within Zanders you have, together with the rest of the Group Project Office (GPO) Team, a joint responsibility for the full project administration, for all Zanders offices worldwide.
- Together with the team you will be in control of opportunities and projects (setting up of projects, monitor time writing and invoicing of projects), monitor our processes, take care of our customer portals and monitor our incoming cashflow.
- Your attention to detail will help you ensure that all information delivered is correct and complete.
- You will also ensure an accurate input into our system.
- Stakeholder management is key in this role, internally and externally so it helps if you are communicative and customer-oriented.
Requirements
- You have Bachelor level education.
- Maximum of 5 years work experience.
- Some relevant experience is good, but motivation and willingness to learn and result oriented are more important!
- Able to work very accurate in a dynamic working environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and good communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Attention to detail and strong process-based and analytical skills.
- Experience with SAP ByDesign is an advantage.
