About the role
- Senior Transfer Pricing Specialist contributing to the success of Zanders’ Transfer Pricing Suite. Collaborating with teams on product development and supporting client onboarding for effective adoption.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with development and delivery teams to translate client needs into scalable, high-quality product features
- Onboard new clients onto the platform and support them using your transfer pricing expertise
- Identify realistic opportunities to improve our Transfer Pricing Suite and collaborate with technical teams to implement them
- Translate client and prospect feedback into scalable, market-ready features and product enhancements
- Design new functionalities in collaboration with internal stakeholders and clearly document requirements for development teams
- Test new features and updates prior to release to ensure quality, usability, and accuracy
- Proactively contribute ideas and insights to continuously improve the user experience and overall product proposition
- Take ownership of client satisfaction for users of the Transfer Pricing Suite
- Lead client onboarding processes and provide ongoing support, leveraging your transfer pricing expertise
- Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth adoption and effective use of the platform
Requirements
- Completed Master's degree in business engineering, finance, law, tax law or other relevant field
- A minimum of 3-7 years' engagement at a Big-4 advisory firm, boutique advisory firm, software company or multinational enterprise
- Knowledge and experience in Transfer Pricing for financial transactions is a requirement
- Previous experience developing products (internal or external products), including working with engineering teams is a plus, but not a requirement
- Effective communicator with fluent English proficiency; additional European languages are advantageous
- You are a team player interested in working in a start-up environment within a larger, established organization.
