About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to the SVP & Corporate Controller, VP of Tax, and Sr. Director of Net Revenue Management
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate logistics for SEC filing and Audit Committee materials
- Assist in driving the execution of quarterly and annual reporting cycles
- Draft and distribute department correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Professional screen and prioritize communications and meeting requests
Requirements
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably supporting senior leaders
- Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, Tax, or other corporate functions preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience managing complex calendars and executive travel
- Strong proofreading, formatting, and document management skills
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines with minimal direction
- High integrity and experience handling sensitive and confidential information
- Experience using Workiva W-Desk to enable SEC fillings preferred
- Familiarity with Diligent or other board portal systems preferred
- Experience supporting Audit Committee or Board processes preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
