Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive support to the SVP & Corporate Controller, VP of Tax, and Sr. Director of Net Revenue Management
Manage complex calendars and coordinate logistics for SEC filing and Audit Committee materials
Assist in driving the execution of quarterly and annual reporting cycles
Draft and distribute department correspondence, reports, and presentations
Professional screen and prioritize communications and meeting requests
Requirements
5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably supporting senior leaders
Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, Tax, or other corporate functions preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience managing complex calendars and executive travel
Strong proofreading, formatting, and document management skills
Ability to prioritize competing deadlines with minimal direction
High integrity and experience handling sensitive and confidential information
Experience using Workiva W-Desk to enable SEC fillings preferred
Familiarity with Diligent or other board portal systems preferred
Experience supporting Audit Committee or Board processes preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
