About the role
- Designer responsible for creating and adapting digital content for various marketing platforms. Collaborating with teams to improve engagement and performance through visual communication.
Responsibilities
- Create static designs, carousels, and short videos (reels, stories, shorts) for campaigns and social media;
- Adapt creative assets to different formats and platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Display, LinkedIn, etc.);
- Participate in content planning with the social media and paid media/traffic team;
- Produce and review content briefs for the brands' editorial calendars;
- Monitor post performance, interactions, and engagement, proposing creative improvements;
- Ensure all communications adhere to the agency's brand identity guidelines.
Requirements
- Previous experience (including freelance or internship) in design and social media;
- Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or After Effects);
- Basic knowledge of branding, copywriting, and digital aesthetics;
- Good communication skills and curiosity about digital marketing and performance;
- Organized and committed to meeting deadlines;
- Minimum proven experience: 3 years
