About the role
- Digital Media Designer creating and optimizing digital visuals for diverse marketing channels. Collaboration across teams to ensure brand consistency and innovation in design.
Responsibilities
- Develop and design visual concepts, layouts, and graphics for digital channels
- Independently manage and optimize design projects
- Proactively advise clients and strategically develop design concepts
- Serve as the interface between Paid, SEO/GEO, and tech teams
- Ensure consistent application of the corporate design/brand identity
- Design and optimize user interfaces for digital products
- Conduct and analyze A/B tests for designs
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in Graphic, Communication, or Media Design
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong, representative portfolio
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Solid understanding of common graphic formats, prepress/print production, and web standards
- Excellent knowledge of typography, color theory, and image editing
- Experience with AI tools and integrating them into design workflows
- Ideally experience with UI/UX tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe XD
- Fluent German and good English skills
