About the role

Responsibilities
- Development and design of visual concepts, layouts and graphics for digital channels
- Proactive client consulting and development of customized design concepts
- Coordination of reviews and feedback loops
- Ensuring the consistent application of corporate design
- Design and optimization of user interfaces for digital products
- Conducting and analyzing A/B tests for paid campaigns with subsequent optimizations
Requirements
- Completed degree or vocational training in graphic, communication or media design (or comparable qualification)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an agency or corporate environment
- Strong, demonstrable portfolio
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Solid understanding of common graphic formats, prepress and web standards
- Very good knowledge of typography, color theory and image editing
- Confident use of AI tools and their integration into design workflows
- Experience with UI/UX tools such as Canva, Figma or Adobe XD
- Fluent in German and good command of English
- Creative, detail-oriented working style with a strong aesthetic sensibility and the ability to work well in a team
- Independent and structured working style with high initiative and resilience
