About the role
- Intern supporting web application development in a collaborative environment with XP Educação. Engaging in real projects and continuous learning with experienced developers.
Responsibilities
- Apoiar o desenvolvimento de novas funcionalidades em aplicações web (frontend e backend), sob orientação de desenvolvedores(as) mais experientes.
- Participar de atividades de manutenção, correção de bugs e melhorias contínuas.
- Colaborar na revisão de código e aprender boas práticas de engenharia (testes, versionamento, arquitetura).
- Apoiar integrações com APIs internas e externas.
- Contribuir para a documentação técnica dos sistemas.
- Participar de cerimônias do time (dailies, refinamentos, retrospectivas) com postura ativa e colaborativa.
- Demonstrar evolução contínua em autonomia, domínio técnico e capacidade de entrega.
Requirements
- Cursando ensino superior em áreas como Engenharia, Ciência de Dados, Sistemas de Informação ou correlatas.
- Conhecimento em lógica de programação.
- Noções de desenvolvimento web (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Conhecimento em Python.
- Familiaridade com conceitos de APIs e aplicações web.
- Interesse em atuar como desenvolvedor(a) fullstack.
- Proatividade, curiosidade e abertura para aprender.
- Boa comunicação e capacidade de trabalhar em equipe.
- Noções de frameworks web (ex.: Django, Flask, FastAPI).
- Experiência prévia com algum framework frontend (ex.: React, Vue).
- Conhecimento básico de Git e GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps.
- Experiência com projetos pessoais, cursos, hackathons ou desafios técnicos.
- Noções de banco de dados relacionais e/ou NoSQL.
- Interesse por DevOps, testes automatizados ou boas práticas de engenharia.
