Requirements
background in creative or art direction roles within an agency or in-house environment
experience leading campaign work at scale
strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling, design craft, and conceptual thinking
proven ability to manage creative teams and guide multiple projects simultaneously
deep understanding of integrated campaign production, from ideation through to execution
experience developing creative for UK or EMEA markets while collaborating with global brand teams
excellent presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to collaborate across senior stakeholders
