About the role

Responsibilities
- As a key member of our building services (MEP) consultancy team, you act as the client representative on exciting large-scale projects.
- You are the in-house expert and develop comprehensive commissioning strategies during the planning phase.
- You provide conceptual support during the planning and construction phases with a view to the building’s eventual use and ensure the quality and functionality of the technical systems.
- To ensure a smooth process, you coordinate all project participants across trades.
- Organizing training sessions, acceptance tests and handovers of building services systems is also part of your responsibilities.
Requirements
- You hold a degree in building automation, building services engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification as a technician/master.
- You have already gained three to five years of professional experience in building services (planning, site supervision or plant engineering).
- You have basic knowledge of construction law and the recognized industry codes and standards.
- You are interested in sustainability, optimisation potential, digitalisation and quality assurance.
- Your quick grasp, coupled with analytical and systems thinking, strong communication skills and a team-oriented working style complete your profile.
- You speak English and hold a valid driving licence.
