About the role
- Finance & Operations Lead at a growing B2B SaaS tech company in Berlin. Engage in financial planning, process automation, and collaborate with the founding team.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, as well as cash flow and liquidity management
- Designing, developing and automating finance and operations processes
- Preparing reports, analyses and decision-making materials for management
- Operational involvement in pricing setups and payment processes (e.g., with Stripe or comparable tools)
- Close collaboration with external partners (tax advisors, banks, etc.)
- Active role in scaling a lean, tech-driven finance organization
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Controlling or equivalent
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in a finance role, ideally in a fast-paced B2B SaaS / tech environment
- Strong technical affinity and a hands-on interest in building and automating processes (e.g., using n8n or similar tools)
- Experience with Stripe or comparable payment/pricing systems is a plus
- Analytical, structured mindset and a high degree of ownership
- Very good German and good English skills
