About the role
- BI-Controller in an international industrial company focusing on financial transparency and reporting processes. Involvement in key performance indicators and continuous improvement of controlling processes.
Responsibilities
- Administration and key-user function for the BI tool “Board”
- Creation, delivery and further development of reports for different business areas
- Weekly monitoring of key KPIs (e.g., order intake, performance, net working capital) and consolidation at group level
- Preparation of financial reports for internal recipients (management, sales, plant management) and external stakeholders (e.g., banks)
- Participation in sales planning and derivation of central planning and performance figures
- Support in the budget and forecast process
- Responsibility for cost center planning and hourly rate calculation, including monitoring
- Contribution to continuous improvement of controlling processes and reporting standards
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
- 3–5 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Very good knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP FI/CO or S/4HANA) and BI tools (e.g., “Board”)
- Confident user of MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills, structured working style and high numerical affinity
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Very good German language skills; English skills are an advantage
