Responsibilities
- Assist with projects.
- Facilitate project issues including with suppliers and customers.
- Coordinate all product builds (i.e., Hardware, Software, etc.).
- Manage and track project artifacts (schedule, budget, risks, etc.) at discretion of Project/Program Manager.
- Participate in project meetings.
- Assist with gate and project deliverables.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, issues, and milestones.
- Document lessons learned and project outcomes for future reference.
Requirements
- Strong competency in using project management tools like Planisware or Jira.
- Strong competency in using ERP and planning tools to track and manage parts required for project execution.
