Responsibilities
Strategic Project Planning: Craft detailed plans, timelines, and budgets to achieve logistics goals, while ensuring resource availability for smooth project execution.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Act as the driving force behind communication, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment across all parties involved.
Risk Management: Stay ahead of potential risks by proactively identifying them, creating mitigation strategies, and resolving issues quickly to keep projects on track.
Budget & Cost Control: Take full ownership of project budgets, ensuring cost control and resource optimisation, while tracking and analysing project expenses.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: develop and maintain best in class project documentation and reporting to ensure you have continual sight of performance and drive progress in line with project objectives.
Requirements
Proven Experience: Experience in logistics, operations, retail, or 3PL business, with a track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
Leadership & Collaboration: Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and align cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Problem Solver: A strategic thinker with outstanding problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Excellent Communicator: Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
