Requirements
- Proven Experience: Experience in logistics, operations, retail, or 3PL business, with a track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and align cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Problem Solver: A strategic thinker with outstanding problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
