About the role
- Join FORM NORD GmbH as an Architect/Engineer to design renewable energy and transportation projects. Collaborate with stakeholders and manage project phases in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualization, planning and design of building construction projects up to readiness for building permit submission
- Coordination with clients, project owners, contractors and other stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Preparation of construction (execution) documents and the bill of quantities/specifications
- Conducting site visits to ensure compliance with construction standards and specifications – construction supervision
Requirements
- Completed technical college or university degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a comparable discipline
- Solid technical knowledge and professional experience are an advantage, but graduates will also find a rewarding entry-level opportunity with us
- Very good written and spoken German (at least CEFR level B2)
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Very good IT skills (MS Office, MS Project, project communication systems)
- Driving license class B
