Responsibilities
- Konzeptionierung, Planung und Entwurf von Hochbauvorhaben bis in die Bauantragsreife
- Koordination mit Kunden, Bauherren, Auftragnehmern und anderen Stakeholdern während des gesamten Projektablaufs
- Erstellung der Ausführungsunterlagen sowie des Leistungsverzeichnisses
- Durchführung von Baustellenbesuchen, um die Einhaltung von Baustandards und -spezifikationen sicherzustellen – Bauüberwachung
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Fach- oder Hochschulstudium der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder vergleichbar
- Fundierte Fachkenntnisse und Berufserfahrung sind von Vorteil, aber auch Absolventen finden bei uns einen erfahrungsreichen Berufseinstieg
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist
- Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, MS Project, Projektkommunikationssystem)
- Führerschein Klasse B
