Key Account Manager for Wella Company leading online sales strategies across Benelux. Building partnerships with strategic retailers to enhance brand presence and profitability.
Responsibilities
Build and develop partnerships with our key e-tailers and retailers;
Full P&L responsibility, from gross sales to net income, driving both growth and profitability;
Negotiate commercial terms and contracts;
Manage customer co-op and trade budgets, reporting to Finance, and maximize ROI on marketing and promotional investments;
Plan and manage customer activations and campaigns aligned with brand strategy, in collaboration with internal stakeholders;
Identify commercial opportunities and negotiate joint business plans to optimize trade spend and maximize sales;
Improve conversion rates and brand experience on customer platforms, working closely with the trade marketing team;
Align with customers to share performance and behavioral data, conduct analysis, and provide recommendations;
Monitor, analyze, and report on weekly/monthly results.
Deliver growth objectives for these strategic customers;
Strengthen our market share and outperform competition;
Contribute to the ambitious goals of the End Consumer Channel Team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field;
2–3 years of experience in (online) Key Account Management;
Proven experience in developing customer strategies with strong commercial acumen;
Strong track record in building relationships and influencing stakeholders;
Competitive, sales- and target-driven mindset;
Clear and collaborative communicator;
Excellent negotiation skills;
Decisive, able to identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact initiatives;
Knowledge of e-commerce and eagerness to deepen your expertise;
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and innovative with a hands-on, pragmatic approach;
Fluent in both Dutch and English (spoken and written).
