Requirements
- Strong experience defining, writing, and applying BDD, working with product and development teams to ensure clear, testable acceptance criteria;
- Experience executing and conducting exploratory testing, focusing on identifying risks, unmapped scenarios, and continuously improving test coverage;
- Active role in executing, monitoring, and strategizing test regressions, ensuring stability and quality in continuous delivery cycles;
- Experience creating, maintaining, versioning, and distributing test cases, promoting standardization and reuse within the team;
- Ability to oversee, guide, and support the team's test execution, acting as a technical reference for quality;
- Strong knowledge of programming logic applied to scenario analysis, automation, and understanding the code under test;
- Practical experience with programming languages for test automation according to the team's stack (e.g., Ruby with Capybara and Cucumber);
- Experience in test automation (UI, API, and/or Mobile), including defining strategies, writing automated tests, and analyzing results;
- Knowledge of testing and quality tools, with the ability to share knowledge with the team, such as:
- API testing: Postman, HTTParty
- UI testing: Cypress, Appium
- Test management and traceability: Jira, TestLink, Mantis, TFS
- Performance and CI/CD: JMeter, Jenkins
- Version control: Git
- Mobile: Android Studio, Xcode
- Practical knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, able to perform queries for test validation and evidence, always focusing on environment security and availability: SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, NoSQL, DynamoDB
