Lead nationwide projects for the digital transformation of claims management at insurance clients.
Develop innovative consulting services and digital claims solutions at the intersection of customer experience, processes, and technology.
Design strategic decision papers to realign the claims function for the digital age.
Position and market the “Digital Claims” practice and expand it together with the team.
Leverage a strong industry network to win new clients and maintain existing relationships.
Requirements
Extensive professional experience as a consultant in a management consultancy, an insurer, an InsurTech, or an insurance-focused start-up.
Deep understanding of insurance operations, particularly claims management: claims handling, claims systems, and digitalization of claims processes.
Passion for rethinking the insurance ‘moment of truth’ and enthusiasm for trends such as platform economy, Data Ocean, channel management, and agility.
Experience as a project or program manager and in presales.
Strong analytical and methodological skills; IREB or ISTQB certification is a plus.
Willingness to travel within the DACH region.
University degree.
Fluent German and good English skills.
