Responsibilities
Design of organizational, business, or technical (re)insurance projects in national or international environments.
Managing projects at the interface of Business & IT and supporting optimization or digitization processes.
Support in the areas of Customer, Sales (Omnichannel), Data Analytics, AI, Operations, Core Platforms, Account Management, or Digital Finance.
Identifying and supporting successful go-to-market activities with clients and actively further developing the service portfolio in an agile environment.
Requirements
Several years of professional experience as a consultant in a management consultancy, (re)insurance company, InsurTech, or an insurance-related start-up.
(Initial) experience in (partial) project leadership with knowledge of traditional and agile methodologies.
Enthusiasm for developing future visions in collaboration with insurance clients.
Business-fluent German and good to very good English skills.
Successfully completed university degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
Occasional travel within the DACH region to support clients.
