Responsibilities
Building the Organizational & Agile Transformation team
Exciting projects focusing on agile transformation, organizational change, and coaching management and teams in scalable agile frameworks
Guiding teams and leaders to develop modern, effective ways of working and to embed agile principles
Facilitating impactful team ceremonies such as planning, review, and retrospectives
Analyzing ways of working, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing pragmatic solutions
Supporting organizations through the change process
Requirements
Several years of experience with agile ways of working such as Scrum or Kanban
Experience optimizing cross-team agile structures, for example through application of the SAFe framework
Empathy, clarity, and a servant-leader mindset when coaching people
Confident presence and the ability to quickly connect with different personalities and roles
Effortless use of tools such as Jira/Confluence or Azure DevOps, as well as MS 365
Very good German language skills and willingness to work on-site at client locations
