Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, business, marketing and sales, healthcare, or related area and 2 years' experience in business management, marketing and sales, healthcare, omni channel merchandising, or related area.
4 years' experience in business management, marketing and sales, healthcare, omni channel merchandising, or related area.
Proven experience in strategic account management with strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
Ability to analyze business metrics, data models, and market trends to inform decision-making and drive revenue growth.
Expertise in negotiation and communication to influence outcomes and build effective partnerships.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, product assortment, and sales forecasting techniques.
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring, coaching, and developing team members to achieve business objectives.
