Responsibilities
Develop sophisticated craft focused on the beauty market, creating decks, key visuals (KVs), shoot direction (photo and film), influencer materials, static assets and animations, as well as final layouts for multiple channels.
Create and expand creative directions, overseeing shoots and audiovisual productions to ensure creative alignment, clear feedback and aesthetic consistency with the production team.
Apply a critical eye to internal and vendor deliverables, ensuring quality, creative coherence and visual excellence at every stage of the project.
Stay up to date on references, trends and conversations in the beauty market, as well as the Boticário brand territories (Maturity, Gifting, Games, Lens of Love and Sustainability).
Co-structure ideas in pairs with leadership support, exploring different creative paths until defining the final storytelling, always delivering clarity, focus and strong narrative in presentations.
Present and defend ideas with solid rationale, both internally and, when appropriate, to the client, connecting creative concepts to brand, category and product objectives.
Ensure consistent deliverables with creative flair, a refined aesthetic sensibility and a focus on project results. Propose provocative ideas aligned with brand truths and with award-worthy potential whenever possible, and proactively identify creative opportunities even without a brief.
Practice self-management by estimating realistic timelines, flagging risks in advance and handling day-to-day challenges with maturity, fostering a collaborative cross-functional environment.
Requirements
Strong experience as a Senior Art Director
Mastery of craft for beauty and audiovisual work
Experience as a Motion Designer (animation, motion graphics and video adaptations)
