Responsibilities
- Develop a clear product vision for AI applications aligned with the corporate strategy
- Build and maintain an AI product backlog
- Define and manage roadmaps for AI products
- Identify and prioritize high-impact business use cases
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct gap analyses on data availability and quality
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, business stakeholders, and external partners (e.g., McKinsey, appliedAI)
- Facilitate workshops for ideation and requirements gathering
- Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders
- Understand machine learning, MLOps, data architectures, and model validation
- Support the selection of appropriate algorithms and tools
- Ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory requirements
- Support organizational change processes
- Develop training and enablement programs for users
- Scale successful AI products across markets or business units
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, ideally in data/AI
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
- Strong technical understanding of AI methods and data infrastructure
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Familiarity with tools such as Python, SQL, ML frameworks, and MLOps platforms
- Strong analytical skills
