- Financial Analyst for FP&A at VOKE, engaging in budgeting and financial modeling in São Paulo. Seeking collaborative individuals to tackle challenges in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the annual budget and rolling forecasts.
- Analyze variances between actuals, budget, forecast, and historical results.
- Build and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term financial models.
- Conduct and support profitability, cost, pricing, and margin analyses.
- Support strategic decisions through financial simulations and scenario analysis/modeling.
- Prepare reports, scenarios, and ad-hoc presentations for leadership with speed and accuracy.
- Act as the finance partner to the business units.
- Collaborate with Controllership to ensure consistency of figures and clear communication of data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field required.
- Previous experience in FP&A, Controllership, or related areas.
- Experience working in dynamic environments and companies with multiple business units.
- Advanced Excel skills with strong experience in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis.
- Desired: experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Power Query) and handling large volumes of data.
- Desired: experience participating in forecasting/process improvement projects.
- Desired: Intermediate to Advanced English.
