Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end analyses autonomously, connecting data to decisions across product, marketing, CRM, and Revenue Management to propose improvements and influence prioritization.
• Lead exploratory analyses and diagnostics (funnels, cohorts, churn, campaigns) and turn findings into actionable recommendations;
• Build and evolve dashboards and semantic/metric layers, ensuring consistency and a "single source of truth";
• Define analytical requirements with stakeholders, negotiate scope and deadlines, and measure impact;
• Support the design and interpretation of tests (A/B tests or quasi-experiments) and analyze results.

Requirements

• Advanced SQL;
• Strong ability to translate business problems into metrics and analyses; excellent executive communication;
• Solid experience with BI and analysis in Python (or equivalent) and experimentation practices;
• Ability to work with high autonomy, leading multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with loyalty/subscription/marketplace metrics and event modeling (digital product).
