About the role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate project delivery using Agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
- Guide teams in understanding priorities, defining delivery timelines, and aligning work with capacity.
- Identify and address risks, dependencies, and obstacles to support continuous delivery.
- Prepare and maintain delivery plans, Kanban boards, reports, and progress updates.
- Support teams in adopting Agile principles and improving their ways of working.
- Foster productive collaboration within cross-functional teams across multiple locations and cultures.
- Engage with stakeholders and customers, providing regular updates on project scope and progress.
- Contribute actively to the Agile community by sharing best practices and supporting organisational transformation.
Requirements
- Professional experience in IT or Telecom, ideally with exposure to operational environments.
- Background as a Scrum Master within software development teams (3 years is considered an advantage).
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Experience in Agile DevOps environments and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work inclusively with diverse teams and sustain collaborative relationships.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced settings while managing multiple priorities.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Certification in Agile/SAFe (PO/PM, SM, RTE) is preferred; experience in IT/Telecom is mandatory.
