Responsibilities
Act as Product Owner for a range of business solutions, ensuring clarity of product vision and delivery outcomes.

Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate closure.
Create structured, actionable user stories that support development planning and delivery.
Estimate effort and resources required for solution development and implementation.
Manage stakeholder expectations with transparent and effective communication.
Use tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps (ADO) to support requirement tracking and project management.
Develop and review UI prototypes using Figma in collaboration with design and engineering teams.
Prepare documentation, reports, and updates using Microsoft Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and related productivity applications.
Work effectively within a hybrid environment with minimum two days per week in the Pune office.
Requirements
5–7 years of experience as a Business Architect or Product Owner.
Proven expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and end‑to‑end requirement tracking.
Strong capability in creating and managing user stories and project estimation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in JIRA, Azure DevOps, and related tracking platforms.
Experience using Figma or similar tools for UI/UX prototyping.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools.
Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment with required presence in Pune.
