About the role

Responsibilities

- Create structured, actionable user stories that support development planning and delivery.

- Develop and review UI prototypes using Figma in collaboration with design and engineering teams.

- Work effectively within a hybrid environment with minimum two days per week in the Pune office.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience as a Business Architect or Product Owner.
- Proven expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and end‑to‑end requirement tracking.
- Strong capability in creating and managing user stories and project estimation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Azure DevOps, and related tracking platforms.
- Experience using Figma or similar tools for UI/UX prototyping.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment with required presence in Pune.
