- Specialist in Security designing and managing technology solutions at Vivo Vita. Collaborating with internal teams and clients, ensuring successful project implementations and technical support.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support project implementation alongside the internal System and Field Engineer teams.
- Act in a consultative capacity during technical meetings with the Pre-Sales team, clients and Cisco in pre-sales or post-sales phases.
- Be responsible for absorbing, developing and disseminating new technologies for your vertical within the organization, interfacing with the pre-sales team and PMO.
- Analyze proposals and technical documentation to understand the contracted scope, flagging any inconsistencies or questions.
- Participate in client kickoff meetings, presenting next steps, phases and other details of the services to be executed.
- Develop the design and deployment of technical solutions, as well as maintain, support and manage the technical capacity of client infrastructures, internal services and environment management.
- Plan project implementations, describing clients' current and future environments, as well as the stages and detailed activities of the services to be executed.
- Prepare final technical documentation to ensure the full transition of the project to operational status.
- Implementation and support of Cisco ASA, ISE, Firepower, FireSIGHT, ESA, WSA and Umbrella.
- Implementation and support of FortiManager, FortiGate and FortiAuthenticator.
- Experience with Netskope and Zscaler solutions.
- Responsible for project design, following HLD and LLD techniques.

- Education: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Technology or related fields.
