About the role
- Logistics Analyst at Vivo managing supply chain operations and demand fulfillment while collaborating across departments.
Responsibilities
- Interact and align with peer teams and client areas to ensure fulfillment of logistics requests;
- Support projects and other requests, ensuring priorities, deadlines, and material availability for the end customer;
- Handle requests from Tier, Fixed and Mobile operations, ensuring the entire logistics flow is executed within established deadlines;
- Obtain quotes from the transport area and monitor the end-to-end flow, from material picking to final delivery;
- Monitor logistics processes together with the Logistics Operations (OL) team, ensuring compliance and efficiency;
- Maintain constant communication with partner areas to ensure alignment, timely delivery, and operational flow;
- Ensure stock accuracy, including conducting cycle counts and full inventories in distribution centers (DCs);
- Update reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, and KPIs, contributing to visibility and control of operations.
Requirements
- Knowledge of taxation, fiscal routines, and basic understanding of international trade;
- Familiarity with SAP system;
- Experience with BI (Business Intelligence) tools.
