- Close collaboration with the founders and investors: You support strategic decision-making and contribute your own ideas
- End-to-end project ownership: From initial planning to implementation, you take responsibility for projects that move the company forward
- Build structures & optimize processes: You develop and implement operational workflows that accelerate growth
- Contribute to fundraising: You plan and coordinate financing rounds — from sourcing investors to preparing the pitch deck
- Scaling & team building: You support the company’s growth by developing sales, recruiting new talent, and taking product ownership
Requirements
- You are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in e.g. Business, Engineering, IT, or Real Estate Management — ideally nearing graduation
- Ideally some practical experience through internships in startups, consulting, finance, or real estate
- High level of initiative, analytical thinking, and ability to work in a team
- Fluent German is required (min. C1)
