Responsibilities
Conduct KPI reporting and prepare management reports for stakeholders and leadership
Create and maintain training materials and deliver user training (internal & external)
Develop project and timeline plans and support resource planning in coordination with project managers
Prepare customer proposals and invoices — act as the interface to other departments
Expand knowledge management and project documentation
Support risk management for ongoing projects
Assist with the implementation and further development of project management tools
Establish, refine and implement PMO standards and processes
Requirements
Completed degree in Business, IT, Health Management, or a related field
Experience in a PMO or in project management — ideally in a SaaS or healthcare environment
Knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum)
Confident user of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar
Structured, proactive and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills at all levels and very good German and English language skills
Experience with regulatory requirements in healthcare (e.g., MDR, GDPR) is an advantage
