About the role
- As PMO-Manager, support project structuring, reporting and training at vitagroup. Engage in interdisciplinary tasks within a dynamic digital health environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct KPI reporting and prepare management reports for stakeholders and leadership
- Create and maintain training materials and deliver user training (internal & external)
- Develop project and timeline plans and support resource planning in coordination with project managers
- Prepare customer proposals and invoices — act as the interface to other departments
- Expand knowledge management and project documentation
- Support risk management for ongoing projects
- Assist with the implementation and further development of project management tools
- Establish, refine and implement PMO standards and processes
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business, IT, Health Management, or a related field
- Experience in a PMO or in project management — ideally in a SaaS or healthcare environment
- Knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum)
- Confident user of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar
- Structured, proactive and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills at all levels and very good German and English language skills
- Experience with regulatory requirements in healthcare (e.g., MDR, GDPR) is an advantage
