About the role
- Senior Consultant specializing in vulnerability management processes across complex IT and OT landscapes. Engaging in client training and collaboration with security operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyse und Bewertung von Schwachstellen in komplexen IT- und OT-Systemlandschaften
- Konzeption, Einführung und Optimierung von Schwachstellenmanagement-Prozessen
- Durchführung und Steuerung von Schwachstellenscans sowie deren Auswertung
- Beratung zu Priorisierung und Risikoeinschätzung auf Basis aktueller Bedrohungslagen (z. B. CVSS, Exploitability, Business Impact)
- Unterstützung bei der Auswahl und Integration von Schwachstellenmanagement-Tools
- Erstellung von technischen Reports, Handlungsempfehlungen und Management-Präsentationen
- Schulung und Coaching von Kunden in Best Practices des Schwachstellenmanagements
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen SOC, Incident Response, IT-Betrieb und GRC
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich IT, Informationssicherheit, o. Ä. oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Schwachstellenmanagement, IT-Security oder Pentesting
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Schwachstellenbewertung, Netzwerksicherheit, Patchmanagement und Sicherheitsarchitekturen
- Erfahrung mit Tools wie Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, OpenVAS, Nexpose o. Ä.
- Gute Kenntnisse relevanter Normen & Frameworks (z. B. ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIST, CIS)
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken und Beratungskompetenz
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
