- Consultant for digital management processes in Public Sector driving digital transformation, supporting clients in optimizing property management systems with extensive customer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden im Public Sector bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung unserer LuGM‑Modullandschaft.
- Eigenverantwortliche, vollständige Betreuung eines festen Kundensets – von der Implementierung bis zur Optimierung.
- Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Entwicklung individueller Lösungskonzepte.
- Durchführung von Workshops, Schulungen und Präsentationen für Anwender:innen und Projektbeteiligte.
- Unterstützung bei der Integration unserer Lösung in das Finanzwesen oder beim Einsatz als eigenständiges System.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Entwicklung und dem Support zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von LuGM.
Requirements
- Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Public Management, Verwaltungsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Erfahrung mit CAFM‑Systemen oder kommunalen Verwaltungsprozessen, idealerweise mit Axians Infoma.
- Freude an Beratung, Kundenkontakt und gemeinsamer Lösungsfindung.
- Begeisterung für neue Technologien, Digitalisierung und Prozessmanagement.
- Erste Projekterfahrung oder Willen zur Weiterentwicklung in diesem Bereich.
- Strukturiertes und zuverlässiges Arbeiten in einem dynamischen Umfeld.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Regionale Reisebereitschaft.
