• Senior Applied AI Engineer optimizing machine learning models for VidLab7's Real-Time Avatar platform. Collaborating on scalable AI architectures and integrating LLM-based agents.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for lip-syncing, gesture synthesis, and natural language understanding.
• Integrate LLM-based agents with real-time rendering pipelines.
• Optimize pipelines for low-latency streaming and real-time performance.
• Collaborate on architecture for scalable, efficient AI services.
• Write clean, maintainable code and documentation, and participate in code reviews.
• Stay up to date with the latest research in generative AI, real-time pipelines, and conversational agents.

Requirements

• Strong experience in machine learning / deep learning, particularly with models for vision, NLP, or generative media.
• Solid programming skills in Python (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow); familiarity with C++ is a plus.
• Experience with real-time systems, streaming pipelines, or latency-sensitive applications.
• Understanding of LLMs, dialogue systems, or multimodal AI.
• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., GCP, AWS) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• (Optional) Experience with MLOps and modern software development cycles.
